If anything Corona has given us in abundance is the strength to face the truth. It has made truth hit our lives hard and stronger, just like an upper cut of a seasoned boxer. It has made us come to terms with the true sense of living and the true essence of life.
You found the truth that getting up early, in mopping the floor, doing the dishes, sharing the chores actually be satisfying and rewarding. You realised that, it’s not just your life, but there are many other lives you can impact directly or indirectly.
It scripted a new narrative that life can be so unpredictable. And that we don’t even live a quarter of it, in a manner we have to. The truth is our mind and body, our sense and our sensibilities do not operate on the same frequency. We get excited too fast and we feel distraught too soon. We act fickle and jump across the puddle even before we reach one.
The reality is that we ignore the truth in the False. We are in a hurry to satiate our preconceived notions about everything in life and tend to overlook the real. What we see no and experience is the truth and the rest is purely notion. What happened earlier is past, what’s going to happen tomorrow is speculation and what’s happening today is the truth,
We tend to ignore the truth and this pandemic has been brilliant in making us come face to face with it. We have come to terms with the fact that life is a great leveller and viruses do not differentiate between the rich and the poor.
We have realised that we have been living a false life to a great extent. We have been living in a fools’ world that we have created and believed that it is the real and a safe t world. We lost truth in our overgrown ego and drowned ourselves in the pond of false pride.
The biggest learning and the ultimate truth one has to derive from these days is to stay humble. Do not forget or ignore who you are, where you are and how have you reached there.
